These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sir Trades A Lot (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.

2. What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides market forecasting, analytics, factor scoring, hindcasting, and related research tools for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Sir Trades A Lot is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or custodian, does not provide investment advice, and does not hold, custody, or transmit your money or securities. Our Legal Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. No advice; no fiduciary relationship

Outputs of the Service are general information and are not personalized recommendations. Your use of the Service does not create any advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship between you and us. All decisions and their consequences are yours alone.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Any third-party credentials (such as brokerage API keys) that you choose to connect remain your property and responsibility; you authorize us to use them solely to provide the analytics you request. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: (a) violating any law or the rights of others; (b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users’ accounts or data; (c) interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling the Service except as permitted by law; or (e) using the Service to provide regulated financial services to third parties.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, text, graphics, and design, is owned by Sir Trades A Lot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Third-party services and market data

The Service may rely on or interoperate with third-party data, models, and services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services, and their availability or accuracy is not guaranteed. Your use of any connected brokerage or data provider is governed by that provider’s own terms.

8. Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the total loss of capital, and that forecasts may be inaccurate. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and any decisions you make.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy, reliability, or availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Sir Trades A Lot or its operators, owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any lost profits or trading or investment losses, arising out of or relating to the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sir Trades A Lot and its operators and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your decisions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute not otherwise subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.

15. General

These Terms, together with the Legal Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
