Watchlist
One shared watchlist feeds every engine (directional, spreads, day-trade, wheel/PMCC). You build it in Settings → Watchlist. It is resolved and cached, then re-expanded periodically.
What goes into it
| Source | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Always included | A base set from the server config. Each chip has a red × that excludes it (adds it to the blocklist below). |
| Symbols & ETFs | Tickers you add by hand (stored in extra_symbols).
Remove with the chip ×. |
| Categories | Either a preset sector (brings a curated top-20 instantly) or a custom category (e.g. "quantum") that the AI analyst expands into liquid tickers. |
| Excluded | A blocklist (excluded_symbols). Anything here is filtered out
of every engine, even if it came from always-include or a category. Re-include with the ↺ button. |
Notes
- Cash indices (SPX/NDX/RUT) are auto-excluded from day-trade and wheel — they aren't tradeable as shares.
- The whole-list cap comes from the server config; by default it is 0 = no cap, so the full list is scanned.
- The custom-category expansion is cached and refreshed at most every ~12 hours (or when the category set changes), so fast engines never block on an AI call.
